Thanks for the instructions on the Gretzky image!
To be honest I can't recall exactly how I got the Daze and Renberg cards since it was almost 30 years ago. I sent in a number as exchanges but also purchased a number of cards on eBay. I will post pictures here. Forgive me, I'm just getting up to speed on scanning the cards and uploading them. I have over 100 YCTG cards that I plan to add. They are from 95/96 YCTG through the 1997 Crash All-Star set.

Attached are front pictures of the gold Renberg and Daze cards (C20 and C25). I have the Daze in silver but not the Renberg.

The 96 UD CC football was 1 for 1 , but I wasn't too sure about the hockey. Thanks.

On the backs are the cards actually numbered C20 & C25 or CR20 & CR25?
I imagine these were printed at the same time on the same sheets as the rest of the exchange set, much earlier than the game dates on the inserted YCTG cards, unless they had sort of time travel device at UD? So when these two players didn't score on any of their assigned dates (3 games each), UD had a bunch (hundreds/thousands) of these sitting around taking up space along with the unclaimed ones.

Here are scans of the backs. Not sure I can tell the difference between regular and bold font.
I imagine you are right that all the cards were printed on the same sheet, so some cards made it into the wild even though there were no winners for these players. The same thing happened with 95/96 YCTG hockey bonus cards. I have a few of the non-winners from that year. My grail is the Gretzky bonus card from 95/96 silver or gold. Have you ever seen one?

Thank you for that. I did not mean the number was in bold or bolder font, it was more to clarify something. All of the other exchanged cards begin with CR before the number, you kept referring to only C before the number and it was throwing me off.
I believe these can be added to the database with a note or designation - **Distributed in aftermarket** as an example to alert collectors that while these cards were not officially "winners" they do exist and can be found. This is only my opinion, and others may or may not agree.
I have not seen the 95/96 Gretzky, but I know I did buy a box back then and yet only have 7 cards listed in my collection? Something else I'll have to find where I've stashed and then add ...

Sure sounds like they were backdoored. Upper Deck never went out of business, so I don't know if these qualify for "aftermarket".

I can't find anything in the FAQ dealing with an issue like this. If they are able to be added, I think some kind of warning or note should be attached to let others know they were not officially issued from UD. If they can't be added to the site it doesn't really matter I suppose. Thanks for the quick reply.

The same thing occurred the year before with their Silver Bonus and Gold Bonus, so there's a history of it. I'll adjust the Release Notes and checklist as needed since we have proof the cards exist.
