1992-93 Bowman Hockey Forum

There are several cards listed as FOIL, all but one are the All-Star cards and they are simply a foil border around the All-star cards in the set. The exact same cards also have AS in the note field. I feel the FOIL is uneeded. Also card 440 of Mario Lemiuex is a supposed FOIL card as well. It is an award winner card. Can somebody look and see if I am right or wrong. Thanks.

I would think AS should suffice. Though I wonder if they short printed those like they did with the Bowman baseball around that time.

Beckett shows that some of the FOIL cards are also SP. Should I be fixing this set to match that or not??

I'd say so, if they are in fact truely SP's. I wish I had bought some of this, so I don't know how they packed out.
