1990-91 Pro Set Hockey Forum

I've been busting a ton of boxes of this product over the past few months (chasing the Gillis bloody nose and the Stanley Cup Hologram... sigh...) and pulled this Hull Promo card from a pack. First one I've come across. Would be interested to know why promo cards would find their way into packs?

The article has an error, the Barry Sanders card is not "promotional" except that it was in that folder. It is the same card that can be found in packs. It is not the one with the headshot, as I once believed until I got a bunch of these promo folders and found out the truth.
