2010 Playoff Contenders Football Forum

I had a quick question regarding the numbering of cards in this set (and please pardon me if this type of question has been asked before, I checked the FAQ and searched the forums and could not determine the correct answer).

I noticed that the first card in the set is entered as #001, and the rest of the cards are entered as #2, #3, etc. Seeing as the back of all the cards have the prefix of 0s to make them three digit numbers, which is the correct way for them to be entered? Should they be entered as they appear on the card, or should the ancillary numbers be ignored? Everything I've seen would lead me to believe the former, but that doesn't feel correct for whatever reason.

Entered as they appear on the card itself. There have been quite a few sets recently where this fix has been applied.

Correct term is leading zero(s). 

Is there a tool for that on base sets? I know it can be easily done to insert sets.

No tool for mass editing base sets.
