2001 Topps Chrome Football Forum

Were card numbers 201 through 210 issued in this set or only in the regular 2001 Topps Chrome set?  I haven't seen any of these refractor cards for sale anywhere.

Darn good question. From Beckett below. And our Black Ref. checklist here shows only the Rookies listed where the below states all cards were in Black. Someone with more FB knowledge from this era may help better.

"Refractors were inserted into packs of 2001 Topps Chrome at a rate of 1:6 for veterans and 1:125 for rookies. The 320-card set featured 210 veterans and 110 rookies which featured a black bordered version. The veteran refractors were serial numbered to 999, and the rookies are serial numbered to 100."
