2000 Upper Deck Football Forum

I am trying to get this card added to:

2000 Upper Deck - UD Game Jersey Autographed Silver

I was told to post the front and back here in the mystery card forum. I know a few other Holt collectors who also have this card. All are serial numbered to his jersey number as with the other Silver autos. How can I get it added?
