Without the card in hand, it's difficult to tell, but I can't see a difference between the "Hall of Fame" and "Hall of Fame Class of 1999" insert sets. The card numbering in teh checklists is different (1-5 vs. HOF1-HOF5), but I also don't see a card number on any of the images pictured (coudl be missing it--my eyes aren't the best).
Is this just a duplicate insert set? And should the card numbers be changed to NNO?

There appears to be two versions, one with the gold foil banner on front and card number on back. The other missing the gold foil and card number. I wonder if the non-card number version was printed in advance and handed out at the HOF game, and the numbered versions were pack issued.
Although that doesn't help the issue of two sets being listed, as both are nondescript on what version they are.

I don't see a difference nor any card numbers.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Then we have some wrong images between the two sets.

We could call one "Hall of Fame Class of '99" and the other "Hall of Fame Class of '99 Foil". And more info in the Release Notes.

This is why I ask. As C2C said, apparently there are some image problems. The "Hall of Fame Class of 1999" insert set in the DB has 5 cards, none with the foil or a card number. From DTownTiger's comments and links, these images are all for the "Hall of Fame" set (should be NNO and no foil). In the other set, there are only 3 images uploaded (2 fronts, one back). The Ozzie Newsome card has no foil or card number, while the Tom Mack front has the foil label. I agree with C2C that we might be better off changing the set names to indicate the foil a little more clearly, and we need to get the images sorted out. The easiest way is probably to change the current "Class of 1999" set to to non-banner version so the images are right (just need to change the card numbers). Then change the "Hall of Fame" set to the foil/banner version and delete the Newsome images (and change the card numbers)..

In situations like this, where set and card info has materially changed, and you don't know the intent of users with collection data... how do you/they know their collection data is correct?

I had some of the cards on my wantlist (none actually in my collection), and the status in my collection didn't change when I updated the names. I'm no DB expert, but it shouldn't change. Your wish list and collection should link to a specific entry in the database, and all that happened is that the details of that entry changed.
