1996 Beatles Sports Time 23 Karat Gold. Should this card be listed as insert?

That's funny. They tried to register "23KT, 23K, and 23 Karat" as a trademark. Even though their application was Refused/Dismissed or Invalidated, they kept claiming it on their cards.
