1997 Collector's Edge Excalibur Football Forum

I see a new insert set (Marauders Supreme Edge) has been added, which adds a new card for my main player PC.  I could use a hand clearing up a little confusion for myself as a relative novice trying to update wantlists.  Browsing eBay, it looks like this set is SN50?  We do not indicate that here and the one photo we show has no SN.  Vault card?  Finally, what does it mean when the card has "Media" written on the front and no SN?  Bunch of people selling that version but I don't see it here.  Thanks!

The SN50 buyback card is already listed under the 1998 set in which it was released in.

Whoever added this new set under 1997 is wrong.

I have the opinion that these “media” cards are an aftermarket generation. The people who bought all the unnumbered junk realize that unnumbered cards carry significantly less value, so they came up with the gimmick to stamp something else on there to create a fake rarity. I don’t ever recall seeing these when the products were released, it wasn’t until years and years later. For that reason, I don’t chase them.
