I've had these cards since the late '90. Is this a seperate set? I have cards #17, 19, 21, 23 & 30 with orange spots.

That's just foil discoloration. Looks like a reaction to something acidic. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Looks like COMC has a few with orange splotches as well but there's nothing about a separate set. Could it be just bad quality foil? ------------------------------- * Ed * L8 * Cards in my personal Collection are unavailable *

It was '96., middle of the foil craze and this set was heavy foil boundaries. Considering time and everything else.... It's the ink color of the card's border showing through. I have a Mike Alstott card with large patches of worn-off foiling exposing the orange border. There's also about 1/8" of black framing the picture, which fades into that shadowy outline & the rest is orange. Edited on: Jul 31, 2022 - 8:44PM
