Can this be added?

I took a look at a good copy of the card and both the card number ("10 of 10") and his name (which would be in the area right about the text box) are done in foil. Since we don't add misprints like that this one won't get added here.

Like FreehanSolo said, it's a misfoil. Printing glitches aren't listed.

Not related to the Steve Young card, but would different foil colors be considered a "printing glitch" and therefore not be added?  For example, I have four cards that have the Ultra emblem in silver as well as the 145-200 Checklist with "Checklist" in silver.

It has been known that over time many of the foil cards printed during this timeframe have turned silver. It's either through normal aging or handling that this happens. Because it wasn't an intended printing process, but the processes of time, they are not listed as a separate set.  

Additionally, when wrong colored foil has been used (as was the case in the 1996 Fleer baseball sets), it is also considered a printing glitch and is not documented here.
