I don't see any French on the back of this thing (other than on the cards). There must be a variation of this printed for dealers/hobby shops in Quebec and northern New Brunswick with French seeing how it's an OPC release. I have no proof, but maybe one of the Quebec members can recall seeing or collecting one of these.
