Here is the link to the Too Cool Rookies insert set.

While looking at the #25 Eric Zeier card as I scanned it, I was wondering why he was in a rookies set, since he was a rookie the previous year. I looked at the other scans, and all the players were rookies the previous year.

Obviously I get the "Too Cool" part of the insert set name, as it is on the front of the card, but I noticed on the backs of each card that it says " '95 Rookie Standout", and that is probably where the Rookies part of the insert set name came from.

Given that, should the insert set name be changed to "Too Cool '95 Rookie Standouts"?

Just curious what people think. 

I'd go with what the checklist for that insert set has and just drop 'Rookies' completely and label 'Too Cool'.  Also the TC1 should probably be moved to the Promos and not sure if it's just the scan got chopped off or if it's really only 'TC' as the number.
