2023 Topps Tribute Baseball Forum

Submitted to CGC a completely different card and they sent me back this….looked at card sets on becket and can’t seem to identify this Topps Tribute card. Thanks!

According to CBC [1], from (Topper?) Framed 1954 Topps Buybacks. 1:567 packs. Features framed buybacks from the 1954 set. Since it is a buyback a full checklist is not available, especially being 1/1. We will have to piece it together over time.

To me this is BS.  The card is not 1/1, the frame isn't even 1/1 since all frames are the same.  The card has not been altered like other buybacks; no foil stamp, no autograph, no foil-stamped SN.  It's just a common 1954 Topps card inside a frame.
