He's referencing the Release Notes and you should be able to submit those for review.

Just went through and submitted IRs for the fronts that don't belong. I also found two Diffractors in the base set, one of which is being moved into this set Edited on: Aug 15, 2021 - 8:37PM ------------------------------- * Ed * L8 * Cards in my personal Collection are unavailable *
