2022 Topps Transcendent Collection Baseball Forum

Should the “Transcendent Icons - Image Variations” listed as an insert here be a Parallel to the base set instead much like Topps Gold Mirror SSPs this year since it applies to the entire base set?  

Also just want to add that similar to the 2022 Bowman Transcendent base and Prospect sets, it’s super annoying that there is no indication of which image is what. Like they’re all numbered and in equal quantities so should this be more of an 1a and 1B thing?  

Any thoughts on this?

Insert, parallel, or Var thoughts?

Parallel is my vote.

Didn't see this post before, but I moved the image variation to a parallel earlier today working on another IR.  I did notice that it is bizarre the base and variation are both SN50, so tough to tell which is which.  There is an auto and an image variation auto.  So perhaps those cards images match with these two sets?  Who knows?  I would expect this from Leaf or those other companies like Wild Card, but Topps should do better.
