I'm working on trying to slap the checklist together for the "autographs" checklist (not base) and wanted to confirm my thinking. Each card has no bio info (so no mention of team drafted by or college). The fronts have what appear to be the names of hometowns or countries (NOT school or national teams). Should these be considered "no team" cards?

Sounds like that would be the correct way to handle these.

Actually I am finding a few university names sprinkled in almost randomly. What an odd set. Ok, home towns will be no named and colleges will get those names?

Only if the university name is in a consistent spot on the card, and not in a bio write up.
