This series clearly has a 'parallel' set with the same player who and the same numbering in the sub-set... but a different image to the common card. Does a set need to have the same image as the common card for it to truely be a parallel? Hmm. 

Doesn't sound like a parallel but a planned VAR for the cards. Topps and Panini do this all the time where they release the base checklist and several cards may have a variation to boot, sometimes it's a different picture, sometimes a different player.

Edit: As I say that, I wondered. I'm looking at some of the product sales listings and the scans. The Silver listing is a full parallel (the entire checklist) and every picture is different from the base. Same as Topps did this year in flagship baseball where every card had a parallel where the picture was different. The set was listed as parallel because every card was affected, not just a handful.
