Distinguishing between a retail and base card

I have recently received around 200 2022 Panini Absolute cards. My question is how can I tell the difference between a retail card and a base card in this set? Thank you for the help!!!

Notes: Base checklist is the Hobby Spectrum version with a Holofoil finish and gold foil stamping on the front. The Retail version with a plain white background is listed as a parallel under Inserts/Related.
