Hello,

I was browsing through this set, looking for cards with referees, when I noticed the base set is only 25 cards. The 2021 set is 400 cards. What happened?!

Did subsets become inserts?

It says on the box that it is just 25 cards... oh it is a "feature" xD

It looks like the different "product types" (Mosaic, Recon, Revolution, etc) are now all numbered 1 to 25 the same as the base. So they are more like parallel/insert sets rather than sequentially numbered as in the past and more like subsets as you mention.

It does make sense as I am pretty sure there is a substantial rarity difference between "product types." (And some are only available in certain box types).
