I have all 24 cards (one for each Super Bowl) from Pro Set (copyright 1990) with a Super Bowl Collectible label in the bottom right of the back, where each card is numbered. These do not match any of the other Pro Set cards I've seen in the database from 1989 to 1991. I've provided the picture for Super Bowl I, but can add more if it helps.
