Background color variation?

I've never seen this before, but this background is gray instead of tan. It's not faded or anything, it's just plain gray. Anyone seen this before? https://imgur.com/J4akqOG

Your cards: I have a lot of 1970s, it's just shading/tone. You'll notice your "gray" card also has different shades of blue, red, yellow, brown from the other card. Here's three of my cards: ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Thank you sir, that makes perfect sense. The other different shades on my card are not as striking in person, but obvious on the scan.
