As stated in the Subject. I have had no luck finding this set on TCDB or anywhere else. I would think it would have to be a team set with the listed card number.

Definitely looks like a Team Set card. We'd have to find the rest of them for the Bobcats to add a CL of the set on here. Team sets are tough though unless someone has the full set. The manufacturers rarely put out a CL for team sets on their sites.

It looks like every team had a 10-card retail blister pack. Were these just the flagship cards repackaged or did they all have different card numbers?

These team sets were weird. Based on my Pacers team set from that year, the cards were repackaged base cards UNLESS they had a new player who was pictured with another team in the base set.  So my Pacers team set wad a bunch of base cards plus card number IP1 Leandro Barbosa.  Since yours is CBC2, there is probably a CBC1, but who knows if there is anything higher than 2.

Oh cool thank you for adding the card. It is definitely a different image than the Hoops Base for Derrick Brooks from the same year.

Based on the description of this eBay listing, CBC1 could be Tyrus Thomas.
