Allow me to clear up a couple things that were not correctly relayed here (in case anyone else is reading this).
1 - There is no numerical threshold for submitting images and then gaining self-approval permission. A good solid track record will get you noticed and get you access.
2 - Images that are sub-par will not be removed. They will be tagged for replacement* and once tagged, anyone will have links to upload replacement images.
* - Images that violate the guidelines (photographed, low resolution, incomplete, too crooked, etc.) will get tagged. Images that do not violate the guidelines will not be tagged for replacement. We will make an exception if you are reporting your own images. For instance, if I submit an IR to get one of Billy Kingsley's images removed/tagged for replacement, and it's fine (which all of Billy's are), the resolvers should not process it (it should get closed without action), however if I submit it on one of my own because I now have made a better scan, the resolvers will process that.
