It doesn't have CHROME on box, yet CHROME is in set title. Is this an error?

If the cards have a Chrome finish, it should be Topps Chrome Garbage Pail Kids Sapphire Edition ------------------------------- * Ed * L8 * Cards in my personal Collection are unavailable *

Topps Chrome is one of their brands. Packaging only shows the Topps brand not the Topps Chrome brand. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
