The "Tribute" subset was short-printed in both 20-21 and 21-22 Hoops. I haven't seen published odds of pulling them but one per box or less seems likely. Phil wrote: I've opened multiple packs of these cards and I haven't found any of the cards between numbers 251 and 270. Does anybody know the story on these? Thank you.
