Can't find this card/set!

Hello, all. Found this Tatis JR. card while looking through my collection today. I couldn't recall what the set was, so I logged on to TCDB to see. But of course, I can't find the set anywhere. After looking through my collection even more, I also found a Rhys Hoskins just like the Tatis one.(looks like some sort of Leaf '92 reprint with modern players.) If anybody can figure out what this set is, I would appreciate it so I can go ahead and mark the two cards for my collection on the database.

Thanks! Some updates I made: 1. The Mike Williams in the checklist is the Clemson/Chargers WR, not the 90s pitcher. 2. All Teams have been set to "No Team". 3. The four color parallels were missing, so I added those.
