Is this Michael Jordan card listed on trading card database?

I cannot find this card on the site. Am I looking in the wrong place? eBay listings ID it as a 2000 Upper Deck Century Legends sample/promo card. Does it need to be added to the database? Does anyone know the history of these cards? I'm brand new to the site, so go easy on me.

Don't trust ebay sellers, it's a 1999 set, not 2000.
