2022 Topps Blue

Question about the 2022 Topps blue. I get most of my cards from Walmart, so these are retail. The pictures are 2 blue cards from some of what I have. The 2 "blues" are very different. The Kepler card is a navy blue, as are any others I have. The Vazquez is a medium blue. The difference is very noticeable. Is this just Topps quality control, or are they different subsets. Can't find a thing about it. Cards are not numbered.
