98/99 Topps Finest Hockey as well - although until now I had no idea what the difference was. I figured it was more than just the film being peeled off since there was an insert ratio of 1:4 I believe.

Glad everyone figured this out for every sport. I was at work or I could have confirmed that '98 Finest MLB was the same as the NBA cards. I know b/c I bought a hobby box about 3 years ago and pulled several of them. Much fresher in my mind than those that bought them nearly 20 years ago.
