For the sake of asking, how do you guy who are in the know find checklists for seemingly obscure sets? I've got like 90/110 of the base set in my hand and a few inserts. But I know I'm not the guy to create checklists yet and I know enough that shooting up what I have is a bad way to do business. So I ask, how do you smart people find this stuff?

Helpful places to look for examples of cards from the checklists (hopefully with back scans for numbers!) include:
- COMC--make sure when you search for a set you use the "Include" filter under "Sold Out" so you can see items that wouldn't come up otherwise
- eBay--current listings can be useful but completed listings are useful as well
- Worthpoint--for older eBay listings, this is probably your best source. I'm using it for a current IR where I need to determine serial numbering on a bunch of letter patch variations
- Google image search--not as commonly useful as the others but sometimes it turns up examples of scans from other card sites and blogs
And lastly, posting a thread here with what you know is often a good way to get the ball rolling.

For the one I did, I did basic search for the checklist and patched all of them together with the ones I had in hand.

Beckett and baseballcardpedia also have some good info, but as is the case with all of the sites, there can be errors, so be careful.

I added the base factory set as well as the parallels. I will work on the inserts tomorrow.

For Non-Sport, http://nslists.com/jaall.htm (cards) and https://www.laststicker.com/cards/ (stickers) are pretty good references. For Hockey, you can find a few minor/junior league checklists on HockeyDB.com, although the site isn't 100% accurate....maybe not even 90% for numbering. Otherwise COMC, Beckett, random Google searches, asking for help from other TCDB members by starting a topic in the set's forum and piecing things together .... and sometimes none of those options will work and the checklist goes unfinished.
