I don't know anything about the uncut sheet, or basketball cards. I do know a little about framing. My suggestion would be to take it to a framing store, like Deck the Halls or a hobby store like Michael's. (Check your local- I started to say phone book. Check the internet for shops in your area.) I've had Michael's frame (3) items for me and they did a super job. You'll want to have a matted border around the sheet. Choose a color or colors that goes with the sheet. I like a neutral color next to the item, then a thin strip of accent color, then back to the neutral. If you think you're going to ever want the sheet taken out of the frame make sure you tell them not to attach the matting to the sheet. I don't know where you plan to display the item, but if the room will have a lot of sun, get museum glass to protect from fading. Probably a thin metal frame, but again, that depends on the surroundings. Warning: framing things, if done right, can be expensive. Good luck.
