Met him at the Toronto Sprts Card Expo around the time of the 2018 World Cup (before Covid). Bought a box of the Panini stickers and he threw in one of those starter bags with a free album and 5 or 6 extra packs inside for free. He's just a young guy, late 20's maybe 30, mostly sells stickers and jerseys but the website does have topps card boxes as well. Last summer I bought a bunch of 2021 Euro panini sticker boxes from his site, and I am pretty sure he ships world wide.
