Starting a thread to capture the partial list of cards known so far. Thanks to Billy Kingsley for bringing these cards to my attention, and providing most of the initial list.
The lower numbers in the set promote the 90 card regular issue set with the statement "This card is a Special Ed. of the 90 Card series.", while the higher numbers have a statement that reads; "This card is a Special Edition of the ongoing AM Series updates." An update set may have been planned, but was never produced.

The backs of these cards have tips for building the featured model, includung a list of products such as paint codes and decal sets. SInce these promos were inserted into Blue Ridge Decals, I think it is safe to assume that they only made promo cards of the models that had Blue Ridge Decals available. The cards numbered 1 - 10 in the list above do all list Blue Ridge as available decals on the back. From the regular issue set, these are the remaining cards that list available Blue Ridge decals:
TBD Morgan Shepherd (#15 Motorcraft/Igloo Ford)
TBD Davey Allison (#28 Havoline Ford)
TBD Jeff Gordon (#1 Baby Ruth Ford)
TBD Dave Marcis (#71 Abilene/Big Apple Chevrolet)
TBD Bill Elliott (#11 Budweiser Ford)*
*The exception is the Bill Elliott car; no decal product is listed on the card but I have seen the Blue Ridge decal set for this car. The decals were likely unlisted on the card in this case because they were unlicensed due to the alchohol sponsorship. Two other cards that might fall into this category (but I haven't seen BR decal sets yet) are Alan Kulwiki #7 Hooters and Harry Gant #33 Skoal.
Finding the remaining cards after #10B is going to be challenging!

Hi Tom,
So I have this set along with the regular AM series modelcards and die cards for 1992. Happened to be going thru it to pick the ones I want to keep.
If you want photos of it just send me a message as I'm new here and not sure how to post.
So starting with card 11B the statement at the bottom of the cards does indeed change like you said.
"This card is a Special Ed. of the 90 Card series.", while the higher numbers have a statement that reads; "This card is a Special Edition of the ongoing AM Series updates."
Some changes I found from your list are:

Notes:
All 19 cards list the Blue Ridge Decals with the same statement, but 11B and higher the font increses.
No Bill elliott card and the Jeff Gordon Front /Lake Speed Back is an error card/mix up.
Hope this helps!

That helps a lot Dustin, thanks!
As I suspected, the first ten cards align with the first ten cars in the regular set. Including the Elliott one on the potential list was pure speculation on my part, so it doen't surprise me that it is not in the set. I thought that the Gordon one would be an anomoly since it only has one card in the main set, unlike the rest that have two. I didn't realize it would be such an oddball though. Any idea if it was packaged with the Baby Ruth decals or the Purex ones?

Glad I could help you guys out.
I unfortunately do not know what decal it came with it, since I bought the sets from another collector.
I finally sorted thru some of the sets I have and posted the ones I didnt want on ebay as an individual auctions. I posted a link Incase you would like to see the photos of the sets, as I had some people ask. Gordon promo is here:

Yes Billy, the question about the decals is: Did card #8B come with #83 Purex decals or #1 Baby Ruth decals?

So I have an edit to make on the set.
Somehow I didn't notice the 8b lake speed/Gordon card is actually 2 separate cards placed together perfectly. Thus there is a 8b lake speed and a 8b Jeff Gordon with correct matching drivers fronts and backs. Sorry about that miss on my part.

I was kinda wondering about that one...LOL!
I bet the Speed card was supposed to be card # 20B and got mis-numbered.
Checklist updated.
