Can someone (Detfan?) explain what is wrong with all the back images that were uploaded by Onemorepoint? I saw several dozen IRs the other day that were resolved, and there are more today.

Back scan is incomplete with bottom code area cut off


Is something Photoshopped out? Is there a missing tab? I'm not familiar with these cards. Is it something that we can have Admin wipe out without spending time submitting IRs?

When I try to request an image removal, it's sending the IR to Resolved with no reason, no resolver. What's going on here?

Looks like the back images have been tagged for replacement. 

Admin has it automatically set up to deny any image removals for incompletness. This is hurting our credibility significantly and I, Dan and others have been very vocal about it, but to no avail. 

Did that just get turned on recently?  I same some uploaded without the serial numbers "missing" and I tagged them as incomplete and they stayed as far as I know....

Tagging them leaves the image (a bad image is better than no image seems to be the new motto around here). All it does is allow for anyone to replace it, not just those with Level 7 and higher permissions.
