What's the difference between the two? So far I see no difference in the scans that have been posted.

Yes, apparently a few members don't know the difference.  There are wrong images in both, sepia are brown tones.

Perhaps  release notes would help.

Sepia are retail.

B&W are hobby.

In hand, it is very clear becase the image of the black and white image has no color, white the sepia is a faded brown old-timey color. In 2019, the black and white cards had silver foil for the player's name and Stadium Club logo, while the sepias were orange. (I received both kinds last year.) Apparently, 2020 used orange foil for player names and logos for BOTH sepia and black and white cards.

I only found black and white cards this year because I've only bought hobby boxes, whereas sepia is retail only. However, I believe the images for sepia cards 8 and 187 show them to actually be black and white cards. Black and white card 178 is probably actually a sepia card. There are Ebay example that are also mis-characterized.

I'm prepared to be proven confused however. Distinct foil colors would have been helpful.

I've only bought retail to this point. So I guess what I have are sepia parallels.
