Thanks, but why are these listed under Topps Chrome?  There is no reference to chrome anywhere on the cards and they don't look like Chrome cards either.

I know that the 2019 version released in the Bowman Platinum set.  I'm guessing same thing for these but with the Chrome in 2020.

I agree with you here. But after doing a little digging on COMC, I see that COMC lists these Gallery Preview cards under 2020 Topps Chrome. And then on cardboardconnection.com's 2020 Topps Chrome checklist, they show your Gallery preview checklist with the note that these cards are WalMart-hanger exclusives. Looks like tcarter's hunch is spot-on.

They were an insert in Topps Chrome. Therefore, they are listed here as an insert in Topps Chrome.
