There appears to be a foil and non-foil version for cards 1-10 (https://www.comc.com/Cards/Soccer/2019-20/Topps_UEFA_Champions_League_Match_Attax_US_Edition_-_Pro_Performance,sc,i100). Can anyone confirm?

If so, do the 11-20 cards attached to this set belong at the end of the foil set, or should a complete 1-20 non-foil set be added?

If 1 -10 is missing foil it would not be the international version, have some of the UK version imprinted as such. Way to tell is the front will have a different feel as printed rough or smooth ad well as foil has difference brilliance
