Here it is, the 2020 Topps Opening Day Mascot Commemorative Patch set, all cards to /99
I initially got the Screech card for my Nats PC and decided this set would be fun to chase for a variety of reasons. To me, though, it is quite rare to see original cards with such a low and established print run (SSPs and Case Hits often aren't numbered). These are it, no parallels to be had. Only 99 sets and 891 of these cards floating around in the pretty mass-produced Opening Day product.

Very nice and now if you could scan the cards and put on the site for all to see.

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

Very cool. One thing I enjoy about collecting is that sometimes you make a decision to complete a set not because it is your team or your player but just because it hits a nerve and you think it would be fun. Sounds like you were sucessful. Great job.

nice. I tried to do that back in 2002.
2002 Stadium Club Stadium Slices bat barrells.
the Luis Gonzalez caught my eye, I had never seen a relic card of a big round slice of bat barrell covering the whole card. subsequently it was done in other sets for sure, but at the time, it seemed the first. I bought it for about $5 and it was serial numbered to about xx /95
then I did some research, and found out it was only a 5 card set. The Pudge Rodriguez came my way for $10.
so I thought, I'll keep my eyes open. and I got the Barry Bonds for $20 and the Albert Pujols for $40.
that left only the Bernie Williams. I never got it. lol. I valued the Bernie at between Pudge and Bonds $15.
I couldn't bring myself to pay the asking price which was consistently $30 or more every time I saw one.

I didn't know these cards existed. How fun! Congratulations on completing the set. (I actually wouldn't mind having some of those patches on their own.)

Wow, do you still have the other four? I hope you are able to eventually complete it.
With modern sets it is obviously FAR easier to try to get the low numbered stuff right out of the gate. I was 8 of 9 on my set for about a year for the same reason as you. The Orbit (Astros Mascot) was either not on ebay or the one on there was priced as high as $70-80 (I got most of these for $15-35, strectched to almost $50 on one, forget which). I finally picked up the Orbit for about $20 shipped last week. But yeah, was worried my chance of completing the set would disappear or be out of my price range - at least for awhile.

yes, I have them, and I'm still hoping to get the Bernie Williams at my target price point.
it's a matter of principal, that I established the card value in my head, and sticking to it, and not a matter of having the money.
