Does anyone know the difference between these two sets? Are they duplicates?

The factory sets were exclusive to Fanatics and are printed on an exclusive card stock.

Well that doesn't really answer the question. A Silver Wave parallel isn't anywhere to be found on the sell sheet for regular Optic. The factory sets were printed as silver wave. Photos loaded to both sets look exactly alike. I think the 'card stock' is the silver wave.

Out of 36,000 parallel cards PSA has graded from this set, 0 are called silver or silver wave. They call the 'silver wave' cards fanatics. And beckett does not list two versions either, just fanatics.

That's why I believe the sets are duplicated.

Silver Wave could very well be the factory set.  Fanatics just had an exclusive right to sell the factory sets.  So probably the misuse of "Fanatics" in the set name by Beckett and PSA is causing confusion.

If Silver Wave is the factory set, then the Release Notes should read "factory sets were exclusive to Fanatics and Fanatics-run sites and featured an exclusive Silver Wave cardstock."

Beckett and TCDB both list 37 cards for #68 James Harden in the 2019-20 Donruss Optic set listings. One of the cards listed on Beckett, is currently not listed here (White Sparkle). With that said, I think one of the sets should be deleted.
