I noticed in looking at this card that is says it's a UER but doesn't show what the UER is. So, what is the UER?

Wrong foil stamp. It's a New Wave subset card but it has the Draft Pick stamp instead of the New Wave stamp. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
