Hello, I have this Tom Garrick 1990 Hoops card but the back is the back of Charles Barkley's 1990 Hoops card upside down.

Welcome to the site! This is a printing error where the back was fed into the machine the wrong way. It's unlistable here but may draw interest from collectors that like these.
