2005 Playoff Prestige Baseball Forum

I have the 2005 Prestigious Pros (Material Bat Silver) and the (Material Jersey Gold) cards, but without serial numbers. Anyone have an idea of how this happened? Is this a common occurrence, and/or has anyone else ever have serial numbered cards without numbers? They are both supposed to be SN50's.

In the early days of serial numbers, sometimes the serial numbers were left off of cards.  Donruss and Fleer were particularly susceptible to this practice.  As far as I know, the print run remained the same though.
