I ask this because I have a small book called Superstars Magazine Spring 1992 Vol. 1. No. 2 with a serial number label on the front. In the middle of this book are 4 panels with 3 cards each. These panels are:
92-16 Nolan Ryan / 92-17 Frank Thomas 92-18 Ken Griffey Jr.
91-19 Bo Jackson / 91-20 Dave Justice / 92-21 Phil Plantier
92-22 Jose Canseco / 92-23 Rickey Henderson / 92-24 Cal Ripken Jr,
92-25 Robin Ventura / 92-26 Ivan Rodriguez / 92-27 Ryan Klesko
The front and back match the scans for those individual cards on the checklist already. Also these "panels" are just cardboard pages inside of the book. They are bound with the rest of the pages and there is no perforation or any sort of indication that they are meant to be removed. You'd have to rip the panels out of the book to make cards with it.
In the back of the book it says there are four issues. It could be No. 1 has the first 15 cards in the set (5 panels of 3) and No. 3 could have 3 of 3 and No. 4 the remaining 9. Don't really know how they were printed unless you had them I guess.
