1991 Topps Baseball Forum

I recently came across some 15 card cello packs.  I don't remember these when these came out, just the regular wax.  Any idea if these were mass produced, or are they similar to the 1989  "Michigan" cello test packs?  Thanks.

Topps switched to Cello wrapping (instead of wax) about halfway through thie season/print run.  It's essentially a wax pack but with a cellophane wrapper.  No more or less common than wax for that year.
