2017 Topps Allen & Ginter X Baseball Forum

Is there any reason why 2016 is named using the "&" and 2017/2018 use "and"? This seperates the 3 years into 2 different sets when looking at all of them together. I feel like they should all use the same symbol and make things more consistant. How hard of a fix would that be and does anyone else think it is necessary?
