2002 Playoff Absolute Memorabilia Baseball Forum

Hi everyone,

I am having a hard time trying to figure out whether the three cards I have from the Tools of the Trade insert set are from the regular version or the gold variant. Two of them were sold to me as being Gold, the other as being a regular, but I cannot see any differences between the cards. Any pointers on how to distinguish the cards?

It's the foil stamp on front. Regular cards have flat foil, gold cards have a holographic foil.

Sure thing. I remember staring at those cards when I first got them, and couldn't figure out the difference until I happened to have the right light.
