2017 Donruss Optic Baseball Forum

Just tossing a note in here while cleaning up my want list. I’m fairly certain that Orlando Arcia cards were never released/produced for the Rated Rookies Signatures or Rated Rookies Retro Signatures sets in this release. Never seen either in any version (not even any alleged redemption cards). 

COMC shows redemption for "Rated Rookies Signatures" [1]. Even if it was "redeemed", he may have never signed the cards. Other redemption examples for Blue, Aqua, Holo parallels [2, 3, 4].
