2002 Recollection Collection: Do these belong here?

Researching other places, this checklist should have only 47 cards, but ours has 49. The two extras that aren't listed elsewhere:

#61 Nolan Ryan 1988 Donruss SN7
#148 Tom Seaver 1982 Donruss SN13

(and these were the two most recent adds)

Can anyone confirm these belong here, and if not, where do they belong instead?
