Bowman did "buybacks," inserting old cards into the current year's packs in 2017. That's one of the thousands they stamped.

Another member is in the process of researching what he can find of these (he started on the Silver stamp set) and I'm getting them ready to be added. There are a lot! The key will be the foil color. Thanks.

So sorry , i looked at it again as i was putting it away in a better light the 1 i have is gold, i'm in no rush on it i just found out what it was which was a great start thanks to this awesome site and its' members
